Industries first fully autonomous electric pump.

The current state of diesel prices are forcing industry service providers to seek out alternative ways operate. Natural gas is proving to be a readily available alternative to the traditional grid power model for fueling generators and turbines. 

 

HYDROSKID offers more than just efficiency and fuel savings. Our fleet of pumps are designed with the most advanced technology intended for autonomous operation.

HYDROLINX™ AUTOMATION

Informed decisions backed by HYDROLINX™ data help drive efficiency across the board—from overall resource management down to source water metering. Our technology avoids human error through a fully automated pump with control algorithms. 

HYDROLINX™ SCADA

Our proprietary HYDROLINX™ SCADA was built and developed by in-house professional technicians. Fluid distribution is controlled by pressure and flow SCADA and communicated digitally.

SPILL PREVENTION 

Worry less about line bursts with our technology that regulates and balances pressure and flow, but will detect a drop in pressure and will automatically trigger the pump to throttle down and immediately close valves, minimizing a potential spill by separating the line. 

PRIMARY AND BOOSTER MODES

Our Automated Pumps operate in primary and booster modes. In primary mode, the pumps can maintain a prime with recirculation valves to quickly transfer from a source. Multiple pumps work in sequence in booster mode.

REDUCED RISK AND LIABILITY FEATURES

Thermal cameras are used to identify potential releases. Enclosed design for inclement weather. Internal and external camera system for constant supervision. Integrated light system to enhance visibility.

Through automation and intelligent algorithms, our patent pending manifolds can oversee, direct, combine, halt, and control entire water operations with multiple incoming water sources to onsite water tanks and storage.

Shalestones’ Automated Tank Manifold was developed to streamline onsite water management during high intensity frac operations. HYDROSUITE™ Automated Tank Manifolds provide operators with complete control to manage fuid levels, capacity, blends, and pressure to storage tanks. Each is equipped with HYDROLINX™ automation to help prevent tank draw down and overflows with alerts to notify equipment operators. An onboard command center data and HYDROVIEW™ interface capture data to provide real-time visibility to verify water assets are performing safely and accurately .

WATER LEVEL MANAGEMENT

Tanks levels are automatically regulated using level sensors and valves that continually manage tank level thresholds. Electric actuated valves allow simultaneous valve closure for maximum control.

HYDROLINX™ AUTOMATION

Process control algorithms provide true automation, not remote control with human intervention. Valve adjustments on the manifold trigger HYDROSKID™ pumps to automatically adjust the throttle to maintain tank levels and line pressure.

WATER QUALITY

Integrated sensors provide an added check for treatment & transfer operations using produced water to verify water quality as well as central point to manage multiple water sources. TDS sensors upstream of tank assets monitor dissolved solids to prevent expensive clean-outs.

PATENT PENDING DESIGN

Supports high volume frac water transfer services composed of multiple water sources. Handles, treats, combines, and halts the flow of water to vertical tanks and storage.

DATA ANALYSIS

Through HYDROLINX’s global SCADA system, captured data enables operators to ensure water transfer operations are continually tracked, reviewed, and optimized.

The next generation of large diameter hose deployment systems.

Increased water delivery rates associated with dual completions and improved frac designs have created a need for larger, more efficient water delivery systems. Our hose comes in diameters from 12 in. to 16 in. Our larger diameter hose is pair with our custom deployment system to reduce installation costs and costly booster pumps. Using our new Water Technology equipment, Shalestone can deliver water up to 25 miles at 100 BPM with a single pump - a game changer for all oil and gas producers.

Auto start/stop functionality from multiple sources including but not limited to Minions, AST, Frac Tanks, impoundments. 

- This can be customized based off desired maintain, rate or level. 

 

Two server (Frontend and Backend) architecture for security and remote access from any location. 

Multi-factor authentication for user control access to ensure the right personnel has control or capabilities. 

Industry 4.0 standards with every asset by sending tags using MQTT Sparkplug

- This allows us to operate more efficiently in poor service areas. 

Ability to view/control system using a variety of equipment such as PC, Tablet, internet capable device. 

Utilize a version control (git) for development, this allows Shalestone to continually monitor quality control of new development without disrupting operation. 

Customer specific viewing making it fluid and easy to move from posted job to job
